Stage Fright

Today we all arrive at a fire and try to remember what we are supposed to do — what to say — according to “the rules.”

We have less direct experience.

Few have gut instincts.

We are simply actors trying to remember our lines.

What to do about it?

Train.

Stop trying to impress the BC and put the damn fire out.
